| Details | FRIDAY 8.00am -9.30am: 34233 - Regional Pathways to Permanent Migration - 1 core point Sometimes a client will only be eligible if they can get regional sponsorship. This pathway is full of pitfalls and unexpected twists and turns. This seminar will take the practitioner by the hand and lead them away from danger. 9.45am -11.15am: 34222 - Partner Migration - 1 core point This seminar will address then more complex areas of a partner visa including limitation of sponsorship, the family violence provisions, unlawful partners, Schedule 3 waivers, evidentiary requirements and the differing types of relationships and marriages. An examination of the leading merits review and judicial review cases will form part of this enlightening presentation. 11.30am -1.00pm: 34229 - The Employer Nomination Scheme - 1 core point The Employer nomination scheme is currently one of the popular categories for skilled workers in light of the recent changes within General skilled migration. This seminar examines its relationship with the temporary business entry program and will also address Regional skilled Migration Scheme and Labour Agreements. Current legislation, policy and processing arrangements as well as waivers with the ENS and RSMA program will be discussed further.
