This seminar examines the practical implications for an agent adhering to the criteria set out in the Code of Conduct to ensure that all standards of behaviour are consistent with the code. The seminar will cover all aspects of professional conduct, issues of confidentiality and the requirements to effectively communicate with all clients of differing backgrounds. Case studies will highlight the areas of both ethical and non ethical conduct to ensure that all agents are made aware of their obligations.
