ImmiAccount - Technical Issue as at 1:30pm Wednesday 21 December 16

A couple of registered migration agents have reported that ImmiAccount is not working.

 
The following message appears on ImmiAccount:
 

Current Technical Issue:

As at 1.30pm on Wednesday 21 December 2016 AEST, a number of users have reported a System Unavailable issue when attempting to access visa applications within ImmiAccount.

The issue is under investigation by technical teams. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.


Approaching Christmas and the end of the year and ImmiAccount not working.  Makes life pretty hard for RMAs and applicants who need to lodge visa applications before EOY shutdown.

    Working for me at 5:11pm... fingers crossed - need to lodge and/or add to 5 applications before the end of the year...

    It stopped working for me on Tuesday the 20th about lunch time and only resumed around 5pm the next day. Really really inconvenient
